  • US Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations

Our role is to simplify the claims process, manage legal communication, and secure rightful compensation efficiently.

  1. User Responsibilities

  1. No Win, No Fee Policy
  • FlyRights.us operates on a No Win, No Fee basis.
  • A service fee (percentage-based) will be deducted from any successful compensation claim.
  • If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Compensation payments will be transferred securely to the payment method specified by the User.
  • Users must ensure the accuracy of their payment details.
  • FlyRights.us is not liable for delays or failed payments caused by inaccurate payment information provided by the User.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content on FlyRights.us, including text, graphics, software, and logos, is the intellectual property of FlyRights.us and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
